This purchase was an upgrade to my previous Shark robot vacuum. I am very impressed with this newer model. My floors are spotless.

It was only the seller the product was used when it was supposed to be new. It was missing a bunch of parts. I was able to replace the parts and use it. It seems to work pretty good.

Easy to use through the app, vacuums mostly well, sometimes can miss spots. The app can have more improvements for example add more users instead of just one user per machine. We like the mop function

I love that this empties itself, but I wish it had a remote instead of JUST the app on my phone. It might be user error, but I want to be able to adjust its path for a few areas because the furniture design is such that it tries to go over the base and it could scratch it.

Noisy, hard to get app to work. Rollers aren't good.

Cleaning and mopping are excellent. Battery life is ok and the app is not overly user friendly.

i was skeptical st first. After a couple of dais of use we noticed a huge difference! Does a great job at keeping the doggie hair tumbleweeds and normal everyday dirt at bay.

When works takes longer to make it run than mopping and vacuuming combined. Was able to map and vacuum ONCE since then it will no longer charge or dock with the vacuum attachment on. Mopping has been horrible after setting up the carpet zones it still travels on them and mops. Constantly gets stuck in area where there is no reason for it. Wish I had purchased the model above it as this one is junk.

I named him Henry. He's a miracle worker. He cleans much better and much more often than I did. My puppy has someone to chase now, and the cats are wondering where he is most of the time. I have him scheduled to run 3 days a week; I used to vacuum once a week. He even goes under the beds and sofa. I'd like to have another one for the upstairs bonus room.
