I was leary before buying product but I was pleasently surprised with its ease of operation and ease to clean. It works just as advertised. I have sinus issues and feel great and clear after using. I would recommend this to anyone that's interested. Clean up and setup is a breeze.

The nasal care irrigation system is a lifesaver for an allergy suffer such as myself. It works in seconds and provides relief from my sinus congestion due to allergies. It can be used daily to help alleviate your symptoms. The package states that you'll love that cleanse feeling and I agree!

This kit gives you everything you're going to need for the Navage product so you can get started. you have instruction books extra nozzles extra saline... a little bit of everything so you won't have to buy anything for a long time as far as replacement items. This whole package is well thought out. You even get a bag to hold the product in when you want to store it. As far as usability, I found it really easy to use, but you might struggle at first because letting water go up your nose is not necessarily a natural thing. It will take some getting used to. However, the benefits are great, especially if you are congested or sick. I give this overall a five-star rating!

Best Nasal wash ever ! Easy to use, easy to clean, gentle on the sinuses, and rinses/cleans nose and sinuses really well. Always stuffy, not anymore. A few minutes is all it takes. Works great. Read the instructions carefully, familiarize yourself with the device and it will work perfectly. Getting the nozzle set just right for proper flow is the key. There is a slight learning curve in the beginning, but once you try it, it can be second nature right. Functional operation is impressive - the device is quiet, yet you can easily feel the pull and push on the two nostril pipes, and the whole process makes no mess whatsoever. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with sinus problems.

This set includes a lot of items and a lot of refill solution packets which is nice. The machine is easy to set up and use and the instructions are easy to follow. The carrying case is also nice. For me personally I didn't like the water going into my nose; however once I got used to it I think I could tolerate it more and during allergy season it will be very helpful for me and our family to clear things out.

I have allergies sinus bad ..I started using this Navage..no more sinus ..the best money in the world I spent ...it takes some time to learn it I mean like two or three times and it�s smooth sailing after that perfect.. when you have a bad sinus headache use your Navage . Headache gone

The is a complete kit of nasal care irrigation. You don't have to buy anything else. It came with an extra attachments , 60 packets of saltpod, travel bag and a cleaning kit for the machine. It looks really easy to use. I bought this hopefully will help with my allergies. So far it helped with my allergies.

I absolutely love this product however I don�t understand how to use the case or the thing to hold it on the counter so I paid extra for them things and haven�t been able to use. But the machine itself is amazing and my ENT was so happy to hear i was using this

Nasal washes have come so far from the netti pot days! This thing is fantastic! It's very simple to use and takes away all the mess of a normal rinse. Setup is easy, and I love that it's a whole kit-everything you need including a storage/travel bag.

The Navage Nasal Care Saline Nasal Irrigation system does a good job opening up your sinuses. It takes time to figure out how to get the pressure right with your soft palate though. I was able to do it quite easily, but when the irrigation was done and the pressure all equalized, I got water in my ears like I had been doing rolls underwater in the pool. I had to use swimmer's ear drops to dry them out because every time I blew my nose there'd be a bubbling sound in my ears with water draining out. There are a few suggestions to help prevent water draining down your throat in the instructions that I read prior to trying it that I implemented, but still ended up with water in my throat and my ears. There's a number you can call in the instructions to chat with someone that can help you alleviate it, but for now my eyes and ears are burning and my sinuses are clear, so I'm not going to keep trying at this point. Something I wish I had done prior to starting was to warm the water a bit so it wasn't so cold going in. I just have seasonal allergies and congestion right now so the warm would have felt nice, but when I have a cold and everything is hot and inflamed in my nose, the cool water might feel good. Just don't over-heat your water and scald your nostrils! Overall it seems to work pretty well with a bit of a learning curve that I have not overcome yet. My sinuses are clear but my eyes and ears did not escape unscathed.
