If you have allergies or sinus problems; you need this machine; of course ; check with your Dr first. My wife has sinuses from you know where and for years she suffered. I was so scared to use this machine, because I thought that it would make me feel like I was drowning. Now keep in mind that I received the machine on August 20, 2020. Today, August 30, 2020, I finally got the courage up to try it, and mannnnn...It was the best experience EVER!!!I�ve never used anything like this to clean my Sinuses. I�ve heard about the Netty Pot and other devices, but they seemed very messy. I really didn�t want to deal with all of that; But, this machine took all of that away! I thought it was weird but my husband convinced me to get this. I never used a neti pot before either. I watched a how to video and put it to work. It does feel weird at first but tolerable. I was so surprised by all the stuff that came out of my sinuses! Fascinating and disgusting. I feel like it really did clear me out.

To whom it my concernI would like to comment on one of the best purchases I have made for myself in a long time. I have always had issues with nasal clogging, itching and allergies. I was always very protective of putting things in my nose to help clear the debris to help me breath. I have heard the commercials many times on the radio but I just could not bring myself to purchase something that would pump water up my nose for I was afraid of having the water go down my lungs. I've suffered from severe sinuses and allergies. I've tried every medicine/spray available and they would help for a little bit, but not long term. This product was initially very intimidating when I unpackaged the box. The instruction manual was overwhelming at first, but after a second read and a first trial with the product, I found it easy to use. I tried the product twice in a row and the second time was much easier than the first. The salt pods were easy to use and the whole process was very quick. I didn't feel much difference in my breathing after 2 attempts, but I look forward to using this product several times a week, especially during pollen season. Best Nasal wash ever ! Easy to use, easy to clean, gentle on the sinuses, and rinses/cleans nose and sinuses really well. Always stuffy, not anymore. A few minutes is all it takes. Works great. Read the instructions carefully, familiarize yourself with the device and it will work perfectly. Getting the nozzle set just right for proper flow is the key. There is a slight learning curve in the beginning, but once you try it, it can be second nature right.
