I still haven't mastered using this product. However, I do use it and it has been life changing! I have year round severe allergies. I get a lot of sinus headaches and sinus infections. Now, instead of taking daily medication, I use this product. I only have to use it maybe once or twice a week. I think people should be advised to try this before going to medications. I wished I would have bought it years ago.
