My son bought me this the last time I had a sinus infection. It works wonders!! Easy to use with clear directions. This set came with everything you need the Navage, the pods, cleaning tools, and even a nice leather bag for storage/travel. It works like it says and it helped in my recovery. Excellent product and Sam’s Club has it at a great price!

Bought this product due to having severe congestion and a sinus headache. This little machine worked wonders for me, instantly alleviating my sinus headache! Due to the amount of mucus buildup in my sinuses, it had a difficult time getting the flow started. Once the saline made it through, the flood gates opened and so did my sinuses!

This has been a life saver! I've told everyone I've seen that they need to get one of these.

Since I'm not very mechanical, I'm glad that the saline nasal irrigation comes with clear and detailed instructions. The photos and diagrams and larger font made it easy for me to read and put the system together. I like that the device is small, easy to be lifted, and all the necessary accessories are included.

Nasal docks are easy to insert and surprisingly not overwhelmingly uncomfortable. Being able to turn the nasal dock in different directions is helpful for placement and comfort/ease in positioning choice. I've never done anything like this. Now having used it I know that I didn't need to feel intimidated as I did initially. The saline nasal integration does wonders! I highly recommend making the investment in your health!

This is a very generous bundle, it comes with everything you need to get started and then some. The device wasn't uncomfortable to use at all, in fact you almost can't even feel the water in your nasal canal, and it really does clean you out! Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the Navage nasal irrigation kit and would recommend it!

Overall the product does the job of flushing your sinuses. However, for me personally it was a little too aggressive for my liking and a bit pricey. It definitely works seconds like it states which I enjoyed. Product is high quality and like that it comes with the all needed supplies already. 4/5 recommend.

Bottom piece has 2 flanges that click it into place..this is my second navage and they really help me, but piece breaks and won’t suck out, so had buy another and on social security that not good, but…so sure wish company change that piece and/or send me another part

Suction is not strong enough, feels like i get half a much nasal cleansing than what i get from traditional neti pot. If i had know i had to use a certain pod for saline this item would still be sitting on the shelf at Sam's club. My nasal passages seem to be the reason this doesn't work right and I've tried every suggestion yet nothing changes the feeling that I'm stopped up with congestion.
