I was skeptical, have always hated similar products but THIS is actually different! Instead of feeling like you�re being water boarded, this feels like getting a little bit of water up your nose when you jump in the pool. Once you get the hang of how to breathe, it�s not bad at all.And not to be gross, but seeing all the dirt and junk in the reservoir at the end is satisfying. Hey, better out than in!Overall, we felt like it was a good value for the price, especially since it came with so many pods and a nice storage case. Both my husband and I have bad allergies and chronic sinus trouble but one Texas winter and spring with the Navage meant ZERO sinus infections between us and THAT makes this thing worth EVERY PENNY!

This worked great to help clear out my sinuses which I struggle with constantly due to allergies. It is easy to use and relatively easy to set up once you get the hang of everything. I had a hard time squirting water in my nose without having it go right down my throat, but I think the more I use it the easier it will be.
