Ordered the larger nose after I used for a week. Work better for me. Amazed at some stuff that comes out.

It is very simple and comfortable to use. It is easy to hold and does a great job at cleaning out my sinuses.

I liked the product was easy to use. I wish there was an option for nasal cup sizes in the box. Those are purchased separately
