Wife has trouble using it. (Stubborn maybe, LOL). It definitely rinses out anything you don't want in there. Pollen, dust, etc. It's probably a good pro-active care device. Thinking about using carbonated water. That might be a real bad idea. LOL

The Navage is powerful and effective yet gentle and pain-free. The saline solution is amazing, especially during allergy season and the unit is easy to use and easy to clean.

I like the product, use it everyday and I feel much better. Problem is as of today, after a few months of use it doesn�t work. The button does not engage the suction power. Changed the batteries and still nothing.

The Navage nasal irrigator was very simple to set up and use. There are very detailed instructions included. I found that as long as I made sure to only breathe through my mouth, it was quite comfortable and not a lengthy process.

This product is awkward, difficult to use and requires assembly %26 disassembly for each use. It did remove mucus from my nasal passages but pushed remaining mucus back up into the sinuses so that I felt even more blocked after use. With each use before %26 after you need to rinse the mechanism - this requires removing the top plastic guard. This is to prevent salt particles from blocking the mechanism. You also need to use a new salt pack with each use or it won't turn on. Batteries are difficult to remove (requiring a screwdriver plus wedging) Batteries are short-lived. The machine is bulky to hold and must be held level to function properly. I have owned this for several months %26 consider the money wasted.

This item works great.gave me comfort in 15 minutes.if you have sinus issues or have to flush your nose this is the product to go for.I will recommend it to my family and friends.

My husband bought for me tired of hearing me complained of my sinus pain! for some reason I don't want it to try but... finally did it and it work it really clean my nose and help my sinus clear, I have use it three time a day and relive my headache do to the sinus.
