I was skeptical about using this, but I kept going through the nasal flush bottles, so I thought I'd try it. This works great. It flushes easily and quickly. I highly suggest it

I have a constant problem with my sinuses. The NavageHas given me relief from the constant drainage the I have.It is easy to set up and operate if you read the instructions.

After I used it a few times it made my nose keep running for a day or two, not sure if that is normal. Also, I think the refills are expensive and so I limit when I use this , I believe it has value, but I was disappointed and that could be just me.

We have a separate machine for each person in our house because we love this product! Really helps clean the phlegm out when we are stopped up. Would definitely purchase again.

It takes some getting used to on how to properly use the product. The product works great as it flushes the nasal passage and a chamber catches the water/debris.

Great Product! Initially, allow one or two tries before you are comfortable using the machine. After that it is so easy - takes less than 15 seconds to cleanse. Great for unblocking sinus and discarding mucus.

So easy to use. If you have a sinus infection use two salt pods. Make sure you only use distilled water as other water can cause infection or microscopic worms can get into sinuses and brain.

Works exactly as it said it would. You do have to hold your head back and I suggest do this before getting dressed for the day AND use it over a sink. My nose does run for about a half our after use.

Kind of expensive for what it is. It works well enough but the salt pods are crazy expensive and you can't use the device without them. I'm going to have to see if I can hack it so it will work without the expensive pods.

There is a bit of a learning curve but I got the just of it on the second try ??Third time I closed off my throat so i didnt get water in my wind pipe...now that I know what I'm doing its easy!
