The Navage machine is a great buy! It worked great for clearing nasal passages during allergy season. The machine is super easy to use and easy to clean up.

Easy to use and does what the manufacturer said it will do. I didn't like the dependence on using only the manufacturer refills as you have no choice but to pay their prices for saline.
