Works well love it

Excellent product.

I have been in the packing business most of my life, and this tape is the worst tape I have ever used. I pack a box and 10 minutes later ALL your tape has pulled away from the box. What over priced crud. Nothing like doing twice the work when you already have enough to do when packing a house. Don't waste your $ on this stuff!

I bought the package tape with the red roller, I spent half an hour trying to get it unstuck from itself for first time use. I managed to do that, then it stuck to itself again. I ended up throwing it away out of frustration. Why can't you make a tape and roller that is user friendly.

I've struggled with masking tape, brown paper and string, glue, various forms of tape, so I was quite pleased, as the years passed to discover Scotch(R) High Performance Packaging Tape. Not only is it easy to use, it performs exceptionally well. No matter the distance nor the carrier, since switching to Scotch(R) High Performance Packaging Tape I have had no problems or complaints. This particular tape is also quite helpful when packing boxes around the house to store, move, or take to the consignment shop with items to sell. Whatever the job, Scotch(R) High Performance Packaging Tape is the tape I choose. My only complaint is that Scotch(R) High Performance Packaging Tape wasn't available sooner--it would have certainly saved me a lot of time, headaches, and frustation!

I've had a problem in the past with cheap brands which are hard to peel from the roll, so I only use Scotch now. But now I have many rolls that are unusable because I cannot peel the edge of the tape from the roll after first use, or if I use a knife and manage to peel some off, it splits into tiny strips. Very frustrating! I came here looking for tips and found many other users with the same problem, and each time Scotch just responds to call them. I work at night, after hours.

This dispenser works great, but now that the tape has run out, I would like to purchase refills. The only way to do so is to buy the entire set with another dispenser, or dispensers. (I now have two empty dispensers) Is there anywhere I can purchase just the rolls so that I don't have to waste plastic?

I ordered the six pack of the tape in the dispensers. First, I have never figured out (using for years) how to easily get that little piece of cardboard out that gets stuck in the way of the blade. But the tape I just received, the tape is actually installed backwards! Yes, it was easy to take it off and turn it around, but really - who put it together!

My husband sends many packages & has a tendency to overdue it with packing tape. It's always been a joke in the house how much he uses. Your tape both enables my husband to feel secure that his package will reach its destination in one piece while I don't have to worry about the expense of him using just about a roll on every package. We've all bought an 'off brand' in hopes of saving a few pennies - don't bother - stick with what you know is a great product AND works great! You'll only use more of the other tape trying to get your pkg secure - and wish you hadn't wasted your time AND $$
