[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is the perfect solution for your packing needs. I was trying to use duct tape to tape up a box to ship and duct tape couldn't stay still. It was falling off like nothing. And I went and bought this tape and till this day it hasn't fallen off. In fact I tried to lift up some times and it's so sticked on to the box that the box paper started to give way and tear. It's the best tape in the market!

I was packing up some items to store and had picked up broken down boxes. The items I had to put in were heavy so I had to use the tape to actually make the box and then seal them. It was the best tape ever. It adhered to the box and did not peal back or seem week at all. I went out and bought the exact same one that I received as a sample to review since it was so good. I recommend it for those who need to not only ship but to box up items that may sit in your garage.

As a teacher, I use it to "laminate" small pieces, such as calendar numbers, matching cards, and paper game pieces. It's durable and clear, easy to apply.

It adhered to the boxes perfectly and was easy to tear off. Those heavy boxes survied the move and arrived still sealed. I wouldn't use any other brand of tape.

I have had it now for 10+ years, it still works like it did when it was new : EXCELLENTLY! Easy to load, easy to use, and very powerful and durable. Mine has my hane wrote on it, and if you use it - you BETTER PUT IT BACK; it does have a home ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when the clips that hold my cartridge on vacuum broke and dust went every where, i tape it closed to the vacuum and wall-a was back doing my cleaning and is still holding,but the nicest thing was how easy it was to stretch across and seal and tear at the point that they needed and i had three layer tape patch not just for sealing packages anymore

Although 3M gave me a free roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape to evaluate this is the only brand I have bought or trusted for years. First, for the purpose intended this tape puts on a great seal on the box or what ever you are sealing the first time. No using extra tape to go over what you already taped, it just stays down. I have also found many other uses. It is great at picking up imbedded dog hair on upholstery, stuff the lint brush doesn't touch, i have found this to be the best product to remove hair from my sofa. I have also repaired the slat that runs across the inside door of my refrigerator that hold condiments when the clips broke off with this “packing tape”. My tape job has held up even in refrigerated conditions for at least 6 months. Duct tape couldn't hold it. Better yet, tjis tape is clear so nearly invisible to the naked eye! My only complaint is that the name “packing” tape is not inclusive for the many uses i have found. I will always have this product on hand. So practical for other uses besides packing!

I had to pack some things up for storage and some were pretty heavy items and the box I used the tape on never once budge. The tape held up amazingly.
