[Employee of 3m-scotch] We purchased this product a month ago and used it to seal boxes we were using to move. Everything looked great, until we went to move. The tape kept falling off of the boxes and the boxes were opening while being transported to and from the truck. It was a nightmare! We can't believe that what used to be the "best go to product in the business" fell apart as much as it did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son complains I use too much tape when I send him things. I worry it will open along the way. This heavy duty shipping tape feels like a better quality tape I used 2 pieces didn't worry and package made it to my son okay.It sticks better than any other I have tried. I LOVE IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so easy to get the tape going and it stays put under the tabby things so it doesn't restick to the roll. I used to close a very large container of powdered Gatorade in case it falls down I won't have to worry about the top coming off. Used for two returns and it worked great. Seems easier to use than the original

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have high regards for this packing tape. Years ago, I purchased a package of this tape for sealing and mailing a package. I was unsure if the tape would hold since the package was quite bulky and heavy. But the package arrived at its destination, the tape still holding the box in perfect condition. I do not purchase or use any other brand of tape but Scotch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch® Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape with Dispenser is the product I received to test. I love it. It handles with ease. I love that the plastic tab is easy enough to hold on to and the tape comes out easily. I used it on a few boxes of things that I needed to pack up and put in storage. The tape sticks very well and did not unravel. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for taping jobs big and small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a free roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Tape. Boy I was I delighted. When it comes to tape, no other compares. I’ve tried others, but Scotch is the tape for me. When someone asks me to pass the tape, well you know...Scotch Tape for when life calls for a sticky situation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this at no charge in exchange for my review. Funny thing is that I already have 3 rolls of Scotch shipping tape in my house! It's what I always use for shipping and every year I use it to pack my Christmas decorations. Best tape ever!! The dispenser is easy to use and the tape secures my boxes so well, one strip is all I use (whereas other tapes I had to double or triple up on). Thanks, 3M and Scotch for the freebie! :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OVER THE PAST FOUR YEARS, I HAVE MOVED EITHER MYSELF OR MY SON 5 TIMES. MY SISTER (A PARK RANGER) SPENT THIS PAST SUMMER AT A VERY REMOTE NATIONAL PARK IN ALASKA WITH ALL 19 PACKAGES I SENT HER GOING BY FLOATPLANE. I WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER PACKAGING TAPE BECAUSE SCOTCH LIVES UP TO IT'S NAME OF "HIGH PERFORMANCE" - PERIOD. EASY TO HANDLE, EASY TO LOAD AND HEAVY DUTY. THANKS

The design of the dispenser needs a lot of improvement. After cutting a piece of tape from the whole, there is no where to put the part of the tape that is remaining. If I leave the tape under the tabs near the cutter, it is impossible to store the dispenser. Basically, the design is ineffective and inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tape. It works great on packages to mail. It has a superior hold and withstands the rigors of shipping. It works great on boxes and bags, even bubble packages. Excellent value for the quality
