[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton and it makes my son hockey gear smell fresh and clean. It's truly hard to make that gear smell good. I just washed it with my regular detergent and Downey in the fabric softer slot. So clean and fresh. I love this stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton is a great laundry soap. It was able to get some of our dirtiest laundry clean with no issues. It smells great as well so I love putting on fresh clean clothes after they have been laundered with this Soap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love downy products. Its keep your clothes fresh and clean. I have sensitive skin and it doesnt irritate my skin. And thats plus. I can't use a lot of differe t products due to sensitive skin. But downy hasn't let me down yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of Downy products. This was my first time trying Downy Rinse and Refresh. The packaging was pretty. The liquid is light weight and smells nice and clean. It had my laundry smelling nice and clean. It smelt fresh. I love that it eliminates odors from the laundry and is a fabric softener also.

I also expected these loads to smell fresher because it reduces odor and I saw no difference there as well. However, I did like that it was more of a water consistence than a gel like other fabric softeners.

It's so hard to get the sweat and grimy, nasty smell out of my boys sports uniforms. Since I've been adding this into the wash their uniforms come out cleaner, brighter and the funky smell is gone!! This is definitely a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy rinse and refresh has a great scent but using the product is a bit confusing. I wasn’t sure how much to use or how to use it. With zero measurements and no directions on the bottle it left me with basically no options other than to add a bit to my washer. It does have a QR code on the bottle to scan for directions…who wants to do that? The directions even then are still very vague. It would be so much better if this came with a squirt style cap. I have to remove the cap to pour into the washer and it makes a mess if it drips on the side of the bottle. The product is good but the packaging is not what I would prefer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m quite impressed with this product. I put a little bit in the fabric softener section of my wash machine along with my normal laundry detergent. The clothes come out smelling much better, very fresh instead of the normal sweaty smell that I still pick up on after detergent alone. The fabric also feels incredibly soft after using this. Love it!
