I used less than the website recommended and it still made my laundry room, kitchen, and powder room SMELL. In fact, I still have nasal congestion from breathing the fumes even with an exhaust fan running throughout the wash and dry cycle. The bottle says that it contains "no heavy perfumes" but that is NOT the case.

Other products have a great scent that stays with the clothes, but this type I'm having trouble picking up the scent the second it comes out of the dryer.

I used this on my husband's work clothes and he came home asking me what I used on his clothes because his co workers was asking him what kind of cologne he had on? They were teasing him that smelled like sunshine and roses. Lolol He works at a lumber plant where it's very hot. His clothes be soaked with sweat when he gets home. This Downy fabric rinse removed that sweat odor! Now the co workers wants to know what I use on his work clothes.

I had been looking for a product that will make all my clothes smell fresher, and this Downy Rinse and Refresh works great for odors! I like having this product to use with my laundry deyergent, so my clothes come out clean and odor-free!

My wife and I recently started using this product after we noticed it on the shelves. Previously we had desired some sort of product to take out tough odors. It has taken tough odors out of the athletic clothing I personally wear. I’d highly recommend. It’s a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a lot of stinky laundry to do with the power out from hurricane Ian. Took it to my mother-in-law’s and it was so bad smelling. Used this Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton and it left laundry smelling so fresh and clean! Not a masking cover up fresh smell either. A genuinely light, naturally clean smell. Not at all overpowering and my laundry is so soft! Very easy to use…. I used the same amount as I would with traditional fabric softener. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how this works but it really does. My clothes come out smelling fresher with this than any fabric softener I have ever used. No softener or dryer sheets are needed in addition to this rinse. I could never get my towels smelling fresh no matter what I used. Fabric softener can't be used on towels or they don't absorb water properly. This CAN be used! It makes my towels smell amazingly clean and fresh. I don't think I can ever wash towels without it. I just add as much as I would of fabric softener directly to my fabric softener dispenser. It has a max fill line so I add to that. I honestly don't know exactly how much that is since I don't measure. I would say about a full capful. It's a very clean clothes type scent which is perfect. I am beyond pleased with this Downy rinse. It is definitely something I will keep using as long as it's available.
