Everyone in my household loves it! They mostly enjoy that they can play music and search the web. Like if they can't get enough of that on their phone lol. My husband loves that he can see what's in the fridge from his phone while he is at the store that way he doesn't have to call me every 5mins to ask if we have this or that. If you are like me and like to plan everything out on a calendar then this is perfect for you. You can add photos, memos, notes, calendar, apps, music, customize to your liking. Like come on its perfect in every way. Now let's talk about the inside, it has spacious fridge shelves and drawers, the lighting inside is perfect to give an all around illumination, And a camera yea you read that right a "CAMERA". It keeps track of what you have in your fridge without even opening it. You can view it on your smart phone and it can even tell you if something is expired. The freezer has not only shelves but also has bins for plenty of storage. It has a great ice maker, large capacity, It makes that perfect ice. It chills and keeps everything fresh just right. The doors have a sleek design, I like that it doesn't have door handles.The black stainless steel gives it that perfect sleek look and design. And I love that it's fingerprint resistant. Also like the alarm feature which you can customize to beep and then play music in case you're like my son and sometimes tend to leave the door open. I honestly didn't know I needed this fridge till now. Way to go Samsung! Another satisfy customer.

Have not scratched the surface on all the family hub features but have mirrored our Samsung TV on it, ties it to our Ring camera and saved lots of photos and memos. Used the recipe feature and listened to music and there is so much more.

It has so many awesome features, I love being able to see inside my fridge from the store and making my grocery list and viewing that o the screen too. It was easy to navigate with lots of helpful set ups within the apps. Cleans super easy , lots of storage space for every need. Top of the line finish. The movable shelves work great for different sized products. The in door ice maker is so convenient. Very quiet and makes lots of ice., I love the crushed ice feature the most. We love this product and look forward to more products like this in the future.

We have to by bags of ice and put them in the freezer in our garage so that we don't run out. Bottom of freezer door has a empty space like its missing a shelf, but it isn't missing anything. Looks kinda dumb. Other than these 2 things, we love our new refrigerator

We were truly shocked to have as much space as we have now with the Samsung. We do not regret it at all. I wish the shelves would be adjustable though.

Pros Inside door shelves hold milk cartons Shelves are all very deep and roomy. All shelves and drawers are clear so everything is visible. Touch screen is awesome with many apps and the ability to connect to Ring Video, Pandora and various other apps like cooking apps and calendar. Notifications if you leave the door open to your phone Nice built in speakers Cons A little boxy aesthetically Water Dispenser is hard to push and control. You need two hands and this should have been a lever instead of a button.

We really like this fridge, starting from outside it looks modern and cool. inside it is also roomy and offers plenty of space. The fridge is quiet while it works and on the left side it has the freezer while on the right holds the rest. The filter is easy to change and the fridge lets you know when it needs to be changed. We really like having a smart fridge, can play music or videos, read recipes or articles while in the kitchen. The app is also useful to communicate with the fridge and see inside from afar. There are plenty of functions that we are enjoying and these are just some. Our favorite large, cool and amazing fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this during the pandemic and love the Family Hub, however, there is never enough ice. The ice machine produces tiny amounts and they get stuck in the machine instead of coming out, even if there is ice.

There are so many apps and added security with the Ring app. Samsung thought of everything that provides all the goodness in life with nonstop entertainment to boot!

its not what they hype it up to be the ice maker is to small and it take over 24 hours to make a little tiny tray of ice my internet blacked out on me twice i had to reboot the refrig and you can see finger prints on it they totally lied about this drig not to mention you can barely put stuff on the door shelvea however it has alot of room inside the frig and freezer but i would not recommend this for the price they are charging
