[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] apparent ongoing ice maker manufacturing issue. appears continues ongoing in manufacturing I have 6 Samsung TVs which I love but the appliances have yet to win me over the shelving and adjusting the shelves do not meet my needs not roomy enough the fridge filter is very difficult to remove as well as the crisper bins removing them for cleaning too difficult

The fridge works fine except the ice maker will tend to try to shred the ice even when you are asking for cubed. However the company pushed an update years after we bought the fridge that adds ads and constantly takes away features the thing came with. If it wasn't for forcing ads on me I would have given a much better review. Shame.
