It works great with your Samsung phone. This refrigerator is a must have! My brother and his wife had one and one look, I had to have one.

With a big family that helps so much and the space is incredible. I was also able to watch videos for cooking and listen to my music while cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge back in June 2020 after my 10-15 year old Kenmore died. A repairman came 2x and could not fix. The things I liked is the design, kept my food and drinks cool, and the smart features. The things I didn’t like were the lack of space in the freezer compartments and some of the fridge compartments. Also, you have utilize 2 Samsung apps (Smart Things and Family Hub). It would be nice to integrate both in 1 app for simplicity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. I didn’t think I was going to but one I plugged it in and got to use the awesome feature I fell in Love. You can entertain using the speakers on the refrigerator right in the kitchen.

The highest and lowest temperatures are 34°F and 53°F (nearly 20°F apart!) when the fridge temp is set to 34°F! We bought a pack of 6 refrigerator thermometers to cross check to make sure it’s not the thermometer, and the readings are still the same. Although this refrigerator has 4 vents where cold air can come out, there’s still huge variance in the back and front, as well as top to bottom. On the back of the fridge (4 shelves and 2 drawers), from top to bottom, the temperatures measured are: 36, 42, 39, 48, 36, 36. On the front of the fridge (5 shelves on door), from top to bottom, the temperatures measured are: 53, 42, 44, 45, 40. The freezer is a bit better. On the back of the freezer (4 shelves and 2 drawers, from top to bottom, the temperatures measured are: 0, 2, -2, 0, 0, 0. On the front of the freezer (2 shelves), from top to bottom, the temperatures measured are: 4, 2. The attached picture is of the top part of refrigerator, where the back shelf of fridge measures 40°F (in between the grey and red on the thermometer), and the top shelf of the fridge (right next to that shelf) measures 50°F (in the red on the thermometer). The fridge setting is at 34° at the time I measured because the default setting of 37°F makes the actual temperatures too hot. The safe fridge temperature is below 40°F according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), so this refrigerator seems unsafe and practically unusable unless you only use a quarter of the space in the fridge because setting the temperature very cold freezes food at certain parts of the fridge, and setting it higher risks food poisoning at warmer parts of the fridge. Yes, many refrigerators and freezers don’t have completely even cooling, but advertising “All Around Cooling” seems absurd if there’s nearly a 20°F difference in the range the temperature is distributed.

I love that I can watch my cooking shows while I'm cooking and that I can utilize the Ring app to see who's at my door without leaving the kitchen. The ability to use the Smart Things app to see inside the fridge when I'm shopping is just awesome. The ice dispenser works nicely once my husband figured it out. My only wish is that the ice dispenser was larger. It seems very small for the amount of space that is available. My family loves the family hub. I can enter all our important events on the calendar, my kids can draw and I can leave messages for my family all within the Family Hub. Having the ability to make a shopping list on the fridge screen and have it mirror itself on the app on my phone is so very helpful. I love Samsung and their products and would recommend this fridge to anyone and everyone.

It has so many awesome features, I love being able to see inside my fridge from the store and making my grocery list and viewing that o the screen too. It was easy to navigate with lots of helpful set ups within the apps. Cleans super easy , lots of storage space for every need. Top of the line finish. The movable shelves work great for different sized products. The in door ice maker is so convenient. Very quiet and makes lots of ice., I love the crushed ice feature the most. We love this product and look forward to more products like this in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the camera and the family /smart hub features. we have ring security system so when someone rings our doorbell, we receive a message on the fridge and it opens the ring app to show you who is there! love the color but it is not 100% finger print proof... one major shortcoming is the ice maker/dispenser. my wife and i both feel it is too small and way too slow in dispensing ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received this refrigerator yesterday morning and all I can say is wow! 1st of all it is absolutely beautiful. Of course it now makes the rest of my kitchen look even more dated than it is. So I’m gonna need Samsung to do a campaign for a stove and a dishwasher pretty soon. Lol. I LOVE the fact that the ice maker is in the door. My old fridge had it in the freezer part itself which effectively took up almost half the space in the freezer. The Samsung design is so much better. I basically doubled my freezer capacity with the same size unit. I also like the fact that the ice and water dispenser is tall enough to get those big cups into easily without making a mess. Now to the Family Hub. I really thought that this might just be more of a novelty but it’s really not. The best way I can describe it is it’s like having a giant 21 inch Samsung Galaxy smartphone. You have several screens just like a phone and a lot of the same apps. The speaker actually sounds better than a lot of Bluetooth speakers that you buy. You can upload your photos to a folder and set them for backgrounds and screen savers. You can leave notes and or drawings for someone. The grocery list feature is extremely helpful. You can also stream videos on here and screen share what you are watching from your Samsung TV! Just in case you are wondering, the Family Hub works seamlessly with an iPhone so you don’t have to have a Samsung phone to enjoy all the features. I absolutely love this refrigerator. I do have two very minor things that I will mention. This particular model does not have any adjustable shelves. That’s not a huge deal but you can not stand a 2 liter soda bottle up on any of the shelves in the refrigerator. Fortunately there is a bin on the bottom of the door that will hold 4 very nicely. The other is also very minor but I would love a light that would activate in the ice and water dispenser when using it at night so you could see when the glass is full. As it is you have to turn the light on in the kitchen. That’s really it. I never thought that I would ever be this excited over a kitchen appliance. Thank’s Samsung. You are awesome!
