[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about 3 months ago so to us its still fairly new. I love being able to listen at current news or my music playlist while preparing meals, the sound quality is grand. The recipe inspiration are cool too. There are many preloaded apps that are super convenient however we can't seem to get bixsby to respond. We believe that app is no longer available. If I had a chance to improve a features on this fridge, I would definitely change the way the ice comes out. There's a major delay at the initial contact when your glass hit the ice release. When visitors ate over we find the refrigerator is always a topic for discussion.

i am in love with this fridge. absolutely amazing. keeps nice and cold, love that the ice maker is on the door so we have lots of room in the freezer. the fridge part is also super s[spacious. i didn't notice in the pictures i looked at before purchasing that the top "drawer" to hold butter and cheeses isn't a drawer on this fridge but a regular shelf. and i must say i do not miss the "drawer" i love the shelf idea as i don't have to worry about opening the fridge and butter/cheese come flying at me anymore.

It’s so spacious and I love the freezer with the ice maker in the door. It has a lot of space! And the family hub is so cool!

Love the fact that you can cook and have the option to have your music right there with you from the fridge. No more calling to see if you have a certain item in the fridge, you can check directly from your phone. It was a major upgrade and I’m in love

With a big family that helps so much and the space is incredible. I was also able to watch videos for cooking and listen to my music while cooking.

It works great with your Samsung phone. This refrigerator is a must have! My brother and his wife had one and one look, I had to have one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the camera and the family /smart hub features. we have ring security system so when someone rings our doorbell, we receive a message on the fridge and it opens the ring app to show you who is there! love the color but it is not 100% finger print proof... one major shortcoming is the ice maker/dispenser. my wife and i both feel it is too small and way too slow in dispensing ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung side by side refrigerator with the family hub touchscreen in Black Stainless Steel is amazing. The delivery guys came in hauled the old fridge right away and brought the new one in, they were able to take the doors off so it can clear the back door at 30 inches. In a few minutes my fridge was put together and ready to work. As for the first impression, it looks amazing it clearly has more space inside since the filter is on the bottom right, the freezers top shelf can be adjusted to two different heights. The shelfs on both sides clear a very nice amount of space, from the right side of the fridge, the top shelf clears 11” the second at 10¾”, the third 8¾” and the fourth at 10¾” all have the same depth at 19”. As for the door on the right side the top shelf space in height is 7¾” with depth of 4¼”, the second 11½” x 4¼”, third 14½” x 4¼”, fourth 14¾” x 6¾”, and fifth 10¾” x 6¼”. On the freezer side you have four shelfs the first one is 10½”, second 10½”, third 8¾”, and fourth 10¾” with the same depth at 19” and two shelves on the door 8” and 9” in height. There are features that I like and they are the following. The dispenser of water is timed to one minute then it stops automatically. It also can be locked so it does not get accidentally turned on. When someone forgets to close the refrigerator door for an extended period of time, as it has happened, the fridge chimes and also sends an alert to the phones under Smart Things and the Family Hub app. It is easy to upload pictures to display on the screen as well as change them around to customize and make it your own. The camera comes in handy since I’m able to see what is inside from my phone wherever I am, creating shopping lists has become easy to do right from the fridge. I never would have imagined to take a phone call using my fridge, now I can, and the person on the other side could not tell the difference since it was clear. Using Bixby is also easy and all the other applications are available right from the fridge, the future is here with the touchscreen and all its functions. We got used to it very fast and even listening to music from the fridge while looking at a recipe is the new norm. I would have liked to have an LED light on the water dispensing pointing to my cup but that is just me. Overall it has a great design using quality materials, easy to maintain and very spacious, amazing and couldn’t be happier.
