So, now my favorite feature is turned off and my dog has gained four pounds and her Veterinarian is not happy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Samsung RS28CB7600QL/AA for quite a while now, and it's honestly been a great refrigerator. One thing I've really noticed is how consistently it keeps everything cold. I don't have to think twice about where I put food because the temperatures stay even, and my fruits and vegetables stay crisp a lot longer than they did in my old fridge. The water and ice have been excellent too. The filtration does a great job, and the water always tastes fresh. I also like how easy the fridge is to use every day. The shelves and door bins are well laid out, so it's simple to organize groceries and grab what I need without digging around. The finish has held up really well over time. It still looks clean and modern, and it doesn't seem to show fingerprints or everyday wear as much as I expected. After living with it for the long haul, I can honestly say it's been reliable, practical, and one of those appliances that just quietly does its job every day. PS: In terms of ergonomics, I wasn't sure how I felt about hidden door handles. Turns out I actually prefer them to thr traditional handles on my old fridge.

Everything stays fresh, the crisper drawers do their job well, and there's no frost buildup issues. It's also easy to use day to day, good ergonomics, easy to access shelves and bins. Filtration keeps the water tasting clean too. Overall really happy with it and would recommend.

This is a great refrigerator with lots of nice features. Unfortunately for us shortly after a year of use it started overheating. We just had a 12-month warranty. Anybody purchasing future Samsung products would be wise to buy their extended warranty. To repair it is more expensive than replacing. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am wanting to say that this is the first time I've enjoyed such a fancy and smart type refrigerator. I totally enjoy that I can set the temperature on my refrigerator or freezer online or shut my ice maker on and off without having to be at the house. The consistency of the freezer is excellent. I like my ice cream a certain way. And it always kept right exactly at that level. The crisper drawer and fruit is excellent as it seems to me like it allows the freshness of the vegetables to last even longer. The doors are quite heavy, and so the little fingertip sensors on the side of each door is excellent as the doors automatically open themselves and then you just have to pull them open and they shut on their own also so they're ergonomically correct. I think one of the things I enjoy most about the refrigerator is the water filtration system I actually fill up a jug every other day just for my coffee maker so I have filtered water in there. Also the little jug of cold water in the door is like none other anytime I open the door I have at least I think it's at least a liter of cold water and a water jug no matter how much I pour out within one minute it's full again plus it has a little Water dispenser on the side to fill up my jugs such as my coffee jug water jugs that I don't have to have cold. It just runs filtered water into any container I want and I love it more because it's on the inside of the door not outside where it's in the way or where it can make a mess.. Another thing I like about it is a frost free freezer section and there's never any ice built-up anywhere. Also, another thing I like about it is it makes two different types of ice cubes small and normal size small ones a gold fit inside any almost any size container, neck and the large ones are like square inch square ice cubes so they last a while so I am totally happy with this freezer. I will never buy another one that's not like this again.
