The All Round Light feature gives good brightening from top to bottom, you an easily find the items when you open the fridge. Easy access to vegetables, fruits and snacks. Pitcher in the side door is an amazing feature, you no need to fill the ice water every time, it fills automatically and ice water available all time. I love the freezer section, again the All Round Light feature helps me to find the freeze home made meal easily( I prepare very week) and the ice cubes tray is another fantastic added feature. Overall I love this model externally and internally.

The ice water in the included pitcher and the ability to get just a glass of fresh water is another plus. My favorite is the soft touch of the sensor and either door pops open on my side-by-side refrigerator, It is awesome !!

I bought this refrigerator in early November in white and love it. The ice maker has two kinds of ice and the beverage center with filtered water serves the best water I have had in years. For 30 years I have bought bottled Spring water because I did not like tap or refrigerated water. I love the water from this beverage center!

Pros: It is great to have the option of the sharp looking glass front that cleans easily with a microfiber wipe and doesn't have a handle that sticks out. Interior has plenty of space. Our energy usage has been slightly reduced over the last frig. While it's taking a while to get used to the ice and water dispensers that are accessed by opening a door, it's growing on us. We don't have to be concerned about the augur getting stuck or the augur motor giving out. Cons: We miss the middle drawer that was in our old frig but ended up buying bins from a discount store to remedy that situation. The biggest con is that the freeezer door automatically opens quite often when we're getting items out of the frig. I have contacted Samsung and was told auto open cannot be turned off on this model. This a definitly a design flaw and a big disappointment on an otherwise decent frig. Neither pro nor con: Know that the front is nor magnectic so kids artwork and school photos will not stick to the front with a magnet.

I was a little worried at first because I have stainless steel appliances and this is the only white glass appliance. But it looks amazing and was absolutely not something I should have worried about. The fridge itself is amazing. I absolutely love the beverage center with the pitcher along with the two ice bins which has been a favorite for my wife who loves the small chewy ice. The air circulation in both the fridge and freezer is great and I've never had anything freeze in the back of the fridge. Additionally, I like the quick freeze and quick cool options because when I put something in the fridge that's really hot it doesn't heat up the whole fridge. As you can see in the photos, It also has a drawer that slides back so that you can fit in tall pots or anything else that's too tall normally to fit in the fridge. The last feature to speak of is the auto open doors which seems like a kind of cool feature, but I'm not sure it's any more convenient than just opening the doors manually. I suppose it could be good if you have your hands full, but it just pops open a couple inches so you still have to open it by hand if you had your hands full. If anything I worry it might help children get into the fridge easier they put their hand over the sensor.

I wish it had a little more organization bins just because the shelves have so much room, but over all an outstanding fridge. It has sensors to open the door when you put your hand hear it to help if your hands are full, it has two ice bins one for nugget ice and one for big ice, and so much more! Just Fabulous!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with the design and aesthetic of this refrigerator. My favorite part is probably the beverage center - very cool design. Performance wise, I have had zero issues since we got this unit hooked up. We had tinker with the temperature a little bit. Refrigerator at 36 and freezer at -4 and everything is happy as clam. SmartThings app integration was seamless, not sure what's a practical use case of the smartthings app yet, but I am not complaining! Overall, very satisfied with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to replace my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator in the kitchen as the stainless steel was showing signs of wear and scratches. So we moved the old one to the garage and replaced the new Samsung Bespoke in the kitchen. Had to wait about 2 months for the delivery but it was worth the wait. Delivery team was super nice as they not only installed and setup our new fridge in the kitchen, they also moved the old one to the garage. Pros: 1. Doors - they are made of white glass like material which are modern looking, doesn't attract finger prints and much easier to clean. They also have sensors on the door handles to seamless open the doors and also to auto close when the door isn't opened fully. 2. Like the touch controls on the sides of the fridge. 3. Love that the auto pitcher, water pitcher and ice cube maker on the inside so it has an simple, elegant and clutter less look. 4. Water Picher - This is the most unique and new feature that everyone in our family love. Haven't seen this feature on other models. Seems very new and cool to me. Water pitcher gets refilled automatically when placed in its position. (provided the water hook up line is connected) 5. Ice Maker- Love it can make two sizes - smaller bites and standard cube size. 6. Very quiet - It runs very quietly and doesn't make noises like my old fridge when it makes ice. 7. Chillness/All around cooling - Seem like gets very cold inside so had to dial down the temperature a little bit. 8. Smartthings app - Able to connect to the Smartthings app and get notified whenever the fridge is left open for some time. My kiddo doesn't shut the door properly so this is a great plus for us. Cons: There is only one - I wasn't able to get the water pitcher auto fill feature to 'On' from the setting in the fridge. I tried several times, toggling, holding on the button for a few seconds but none of them worked. When I was about to call customer service for advice, I thought to try to set it from the Smartthings app whcih worked suprosingly on the first try. Not sure if this is a bug or if I didn't know how to change the setting correctly in the fridge. Love Love Love this new fridge. Once you get one of these newer bespoke ones, you won't want to go back to a old fridge.

I like the wireless functions. while away I had to turn off ice maker and auto pitcher and was able to do that remotely. lots of room inside. auto pitcher is a great feature and we use it all the time much better than ice/ water outside of door great value for the money
