There are only 30 capsules, and one serving is 2 capsules. This means this is only a 15-day supply; that's not a ton. The pills tend to get lodged in my throat even with water. They are relatively tasteless, and the ingredients don't seem all that bad. All in all, I'd rather go for a different approach when it comes to improving my brain function.

Was interested in trying… I am SO SORRY that I did…. I sure that it doesn’t affect everyone the same… but my experience was HORRIBLE…. Several hours after taking I got VERY dizzy and NAUSEOUS…. THAT lasted about 6-8 hours… I was MISERABLE …..I tried it twice just to make sure that it was THAT product.. I did NOTHING else new those days to make sure…I will be sending back…. There was no taste because it was a pill. The packaging reminds me of 🐝. If I would buy this again, I'd say no because I just don't like swallowing pills. That's my preference. The ingredients quality needs to tell us what's in it because I had to Google what it was.
