I honestly didn’t notice a huge difference after trying these for a couple weeks but the one difference I did notice was I was able to focus on one task without jumping to 8. I don’t really think a pill could help with reaction time… idk what that claim is supposed to mean. Another claim is that it helps with memory. I feel like my memory is pretty good but at the same time I feel like I always remember things and never really thought about how much I don’t remember. Placebo? Idk. Would I buy these myself? No

I tried these out in the recommended 2-capsule serving size about 7 days, sometimes on work days, sometimes on weekends, and I didn't notice any improvement in my cognition. I didn't feel more awake. My memory may have been slightly improved but I didn't try to measure in any quantifiable way. I also did not have any adverse reactions to these capsules, and they don't have any taste or aftertaste. The ingredients do have scientific evidence to support their use, so I'll continue to use the capsules until my bottle is gone.

It's a bit on the pricey side for a supplement but in the same range as everything else. I wouldn't recommend as an everyday use because of side effects that can occur.
