I notice maybe a bit more clarity, but I would like to take them for longer to really see what benefits I gain. Everyone is so different so it’s hard to say that these will definitely help you, but they are high quality and worth a try.

I have taken supplements for periods if time. I do my research and highly recommend that to everyone. I decided to order a subscription of the Onit Alpha Brain supplement. I received everything like I was suppose to with no issues. However, I followed instructions as directed. The first day I tool the supplement with no issues. DAY 2 I took the supplement with no issues. DAY 3 from the moment I got up I had a busting headache. As a trainer anytime I Bent over even to tie my shoes I became extremely light headed to the level to passing out. This may sound dumb but thought maybe I'd try again maybe I just got a bad headache and the process was repeated. The issue for me was the day my headache began I rested and tried sleeping it off with no success. It took me almost 4 days to feel completely normal again while not being light headed. This product did not help me as advertised. It truly made me feel horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Mental clarity, memory and focus all have been given a boost, and we all know that age, hormones, and stress can play a part in our mental load. Any little bit helps!

I just take 2 capsules with a light meal and within 30 minutes I am ready to tackle my tasks for the day! There is no taste or aftertaste, that I noticed. Packaging is easy and handy to through in your purse and take with you anywhere. I really believe in this product and I'm not just saying that.

I was given a bottle of 30 and you take two a day. It's very hard to determine the effectiveness of this product if you are given enough for only 15 days. Generally at least takes at minimum 2 months to really feel a difference.

I love the natural herbal supplements capsules, i feel they are more effective than compressed pills. I love that it has caffeine and helps you focus and helps with memory. The ingredients are great it contains vitamins B6, L-tyrosine, L-theanine and other great ingredients to be effective.
