With these vitamins I feel like I have more energy but also remember more than what I used to. It doesn’t taste like anything which make it easier for me to take them. Love that it comes in a capsule which is easier to swallow and also has amazing ingredients. You do get a lot in one bottle which will last a full month.

Alpha BRAIN helps me be more collective. It comes in a capsule, goes down easy, and starts working within an hour.

After a few hours after taking I had terrible nausea. I had to lay in bed the rest of the day and it didn’t go away until the next day. I took two capsules with a light meal, as directed…This was my first time trying and unfortunately I’m definitely not ever taking this again.

Onnit has created a blend of their own to provide focus. Just beware that this could make you feel as if you just took a fat burner. Some might love that, but I lost my appetite and had an irritated tummy. However, after researching, this is a known side effect. Read everything before trying. The packaging is standard and the pills are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste. As for focus, it just might work for you.

I'm a father of three and small business owner. Mentally I'm always being pulled in multiple directions at one time. Alpha brain helps a lot! Mostly I feel like I'm well rested when I'm not, my vision is great. I'm just mentally quick with this product no matter what's happening.
