I do have times where I can walk away from my desk and forget to finish working, but when I took these i "knew" I needed to focus. I did get more done, but not a huge jump in productivity.

First this product is super easy to take- its not a huge capsule so it goes down fairly easily. There is no taste which is a huge plus! I do feel more focused when i take it! All in all i believe this to be a good product and i will consider purchasing once my sample runs out!

Today was the first time I took Alpha Brain. Everything else was the same as the day before; I felt an enormous headache and sickness that I could not even focus on my work. After some research, I noticed that the side effects were common among many users.

Use it day-to-day with Information Technology work. I'm a system administrator at a decent size company and interact with machines and people each and every day. My conversations tend to be more solid. As in, I'm quick on my feet with responses (mental agility). I'm also quicker with solving solutions in our datacenter and with our ordinary workstations. Additionally, it's much easier to focus on those more "boring" tasks. I take 3 pills a day and certainly feel it. It works for me.

Alpha Brain uses a combination of herbs to accomplish this. The directions say to take two pills daily. The only issue I have had taking these pills is that they make me burp for hours. There isn't a specific taste, but it's definitely making me burp. You do need to eat before taking this product because when I don't, it makes me ill. I didn't find this product to be very wallet friendly, so I won't be purchasing it. These capsules come in a brown plastic bottle to keep moisture out.
