I tried this and personally I feel like I needed to eat a bit more than a light meal. The first day I tried this I felt a bit queasy about an hour or so after taking the pills. I am currently in the process of planning a wedding so I was hoping taking these would help with focusing for all the planning. I took these for the 15 days that I could with the given 30 pills and sadly I didn’t notice any big change. Im sure there are people out there who this helps but personally I didn’t notice any difference.
