The label instructs to use three capsules however, I only take two and two seems to be quite enough for me. I weigh 150 lbs and am in excellent physical condition. These supplements really work. What I mean is this: thinking and focusing like never before. Like major intense awareness. Yet peaceful and serene at the same time. I take two capsules in the morning with one cup of Starbucks and “ZINGGGG” within 15 minutes I am dialed in. I take two capsules every day and even after two months daily I can stop taking these and there are zero side effects accept the awareness that I am not dialed in as usual but no big deal. Being overly focused is not really necessary for me every day but I must admit it is a fun and energizing experience.

I've supplemented the individual components of the formula, but the Onnit formula seems to be the ideal amount of each component for effectiveness without side-effects.

The pills are fairly large but easy to swallow. I can’t say I’d recommend since I haven’t seen my difference or improvement.

I definitely notice a difference when my husband takes this every day as he gets a lot more done and his in a better mood. The only reason I give it for starters is because I haven’t heavily research the ingredients to know what long-term effects are. Also when he does not take it his motivation level goes back down again so unfortunately it’s probably not fixing the problem
