This helps with supporting memory, staying focused,promotes mental processing helps with the flow state the feeling of being in the zone after taking the for 2 weeks so far I can definitely tell a difference on my memory I am normally so forgetful at times it’s also helped me stay focused on something important honestly I wasn’t expecting any results but thought it was worth giving it a try and I am so glad I did and will be ordering a bottle soon and if you have any of these issues I definitely recommend you giving them a try.

I've been experimenting with this for several months. I typically drink 5 Hour Energy and was hoping to use this as a replacement so I could avoid the heart flutters caffeine gives me. Unfortunately, all this did was give me a headache. I made sure the headache wasn't from caffeine withdrawal. Alpha Brain reliably gave me a headache without improving my cognitive capacity. I have not doubt it works for others. Just didn't work for me.

I didn't put it to using these right away and continued taking them for a couple more days, and it happened after each use. I discontinued using these and threw them away. For me, I would never try again, but the results may be different for you.

There was controversy about whether the product worked or not due to his shares in the company. Well, now that I have tried it for myself, I can honestly say that it does, in fact, work. First of all, I was very pleased to see that it is caffeine free!! I also like that there are lots of natural herbs that I already use or am familiar with, such as L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, Cat's Claw, L- Leucine, and B6. All of which I highly recommend. The other Focus herbs that I wasn't familiar with, I researched and found them to be equally beneficial. Located under "Other," which may refer to what the capsule is made of, is Maltodextrin. This is the one ingredient that I am not a fan of and wish they could've used an alternative. Otherwise, everything else is good. 👍🏼 I recommend this product for anyone suffering from staying focused throughout the day. I used it to help me complete my tasks when I was overwhelmed with a case load. I think in general, as we age, it's good to be proactive about anything that can prevent or improve our memory, and this is good for that also. Just DO NOT take it on an empty stomach. 9/10
