I love that it’s caffeine free and has vitamin B6! The supplements are rather large and can cause nausea, so it’s recommended that you take them with a light meal.

I work in a demanding sales job, in which, I must be verbally sharp and mentally sharp day-in-and-day-out. I've been taking alpha brain for the past month and I've been killing it. I notice I make people laugh a lot more and it's easier for me to get in "the zone." I do not feel any real difference, but I no longer find it hard to push through a tough day. It's easier to keep a good attitude. I do not think this is hocus-pocus, and I have sales numbers to prove it.

I have not felt any negative side effects but I also have not noticed any miraculous change in mood or focus. The capsule was a bit large but left no gross taste. I will continue to take a bit longer so see if anything changes for the better but I am chalking this up to mostly placebo so far.

My memory is pretty good as is, so it’s really tough to say if it’s had any actual effect on me. I will say that maybe one or two days of me using it through the week; I’ve had an odd headache after ingesting it.
