I definitely notice an increase in my cognitive abilities. I can process information quicker and have a much easier time articulating myself in verbal conversations. It has increased my productivity at work by a noticeable amount. It kind of has the same effect as caffeine but without the jittery wired feeling I get when I drink coffee or an energy drink.

Unfortunately I didn’t have any improvement from the Alpha Brain supplement that was supposed be. It doesn’t smell or taste like anything bad. The package was simple and good. I thought it is a quite expensive.

I don’t know if it takes longer, but that’s what I have right now. So at this time I can’t recommend nor not recommend this product. It may be recommendable later.

I've been using Alpha Brain off and on for 2 years. I mainly use it when needing to do high level focused work, studying, or research. I'm 39 years old at 210lbs and take two capsules in the morning with a cup of coffee. I take periodic breaks from vitamins and supplements to make sure I'm not over doing anything. I definitely see a difference in things as simple as spelling words, talking to others, and the level of focus I'm able to achieve when taking Alpha Brain. As for short term memory, well that's never going to get fixed in my case, but I definitely am able to comprehend things faster and easier on Alpha Brain. I wasn't a believer until I was off it for 4-6 months and then went back on it 2 weeks ago. Major improvement.

I’ll give them this though, they definitely keep you concentrated and focused! Both times I took these pills though I became very agitated and got angry at the drop of a dime. The second time it lasted literally the entire day. I will never take these again!

Not quite sure if I would adapt to it on a monthly basis as I feel like as true to or supplements it would require at least 3+ months of usage for it to actively show results in your body
