I have been using this product for several years now and I cannot overstate the enhancement I have experienced in my ability to effectively communicate and create. On days I forget to take my Alpha Brain, I can welcome back the conversational pauses and “ummm’s” that I had left behind before starting this product.

This was a horrible experience. I took this while I was working, then maybe 60-90 mins later, I got overwhelmed with dizziness and extremely severe nausea. Make sure you eat before taking these or you’ll feel lightheaded and nauseous. After taking these for a couple weeks I have noticed some changes. My mental clarity improved. I feel like everything was more clear. I was more focused and organized.

My experience was a follows: After my first pill or so I could feel having a slight tingling feeling in my pre-frontal cortex, kinda like a light headache. Or something similar to when you meditate for some minutes. Then I was waiting to notice any cognitive effect while I honestly did not feel my brain working better or my attention span increasing. First I felt like I became more calm but with time I felt very little. And even if I felt some effects I am confident that these effects did not increase mental clarity, focus or memory or make my brain work any better than a cup of coffee. In fact, I tried drinking coffee afterwards to compare the effects and coffee worked much better in terms of productivity and alertness/clarity. No matter what effects this product has, since I personally did not feel any cognitive effects I think it did not work. Positive side effects are not really what I am looking for. Price being high as it is, I cannot afford to just experiment with it bottle after bottle like it is no problem. However, having received the refund I am glad that I could safely try it out without spending a lot of money, so am grateful for that. I still had to pay shipping costs to the other part of the world but no problem since i could try it out cheaply.

I would say I am still on the fence about it, some days I feel a difference. Other days not so much. Not sure if I need to be taking it consistently for a longer period of time for it to be more effective. No aftertaste which is a bonus because I don’t like supplement that leave a weird taste in my mouth.

When i took one pill I felt better, however i did notice my sugar was a little higher than normal and after researching.
