You will need to take these for at least a week for this to work. After my first week, I did not think it helped much. Then I decided to skip a day. It was certainly noticeable that whole day. I work from home and found myself easily distracted, tired, and not motivated to accomplish much. I resumed taking them again the next day and have been a fan ever since. I get far more accomplished in less time than before.

I got a bottle of Alpha Brain a month ago, and I’ve seen a legitimate immediate impact since I started. This is a great tool for those who seek to improve overall. I’ve been more sharp and less distractible, well on the way to becoming the person I always wanted to be. If you’re seeking to improve or become more efficient, I highly recommend this.

I tried this out, and I definitely felt a boost in focus from it. Unfortunately though, after two days of taking it I started to get signs that I was taking too much B vitamin. I was feeling tingling sensation in my arms and legs, which is a sign of too much B. After I stopped the tingling went away so I know it was from the Alpha Brain. I'm a small person (120 pounds) so perhaps the dosage of B vitamin is too much for a person of my size. I had to discontinue taking it. If I really needed to focus I might consider it taking it once every so often, but with all supplements for anyone you have to be careful not to take too much of any vitamin, which can be damaging. It would be great if they offered a version with less B in it!

First off, I'm an Advanced EMT/Firefighter in Atlanta GA. I bought Alpha brain 2 or so years ago after I sustained a concussion with spinal shock at work at the Fire Station. I started having memory issues and experiencing Aphasia (having issues with words). I had been a fan of Onnit and have several onnit fitness tools, as well as having read Aubrey Marcus' book, and decided to try Apha Brain. I was skeptical about if this product would actually help me because I had become so frustrated with my mental clarity after my concussion. However, I decided to give it a shot and I can tell you first hand how this product has had the most positive impact on my personal and work life. I can easily concentrate and get into a flow state when on scene. I can effectively lead, communicate and work in a critical time sensitive situations with patients with ease after taking this product. I don't get jittery or feel sick like with energy drinks. I was hoping to see some improvement in alertness but I regret to say I did not. I’m grateful the brand and Influenster allowed me to try out this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I did take these at night on one occasion and I couldn’t sleep that night, but I don’t know for sure if this product caused that or not. One positive about this item was that I didn’t see any ill effects from taking it, so I call that a win.

I was on antidepressants for about 11 years and they can really affect your memory, so now I’m definitely interested in anything that helps with that! It contains L-Theanine too which is known for being calming and improving mental focus & sleep quality.

All people that say that they got sick is very understandable. When you take alpha brain, the compounds clean your body from all the bad things and the body immediately goes into safe mode so it shuts some things down, thats why you lose energy and get tired because the body needs that energy to clean your body, just like it happens when you get fever. Aha! So... what you should have done is just to continued to take them and I know for some people its not easy but thats just the way you have to do to get clean if you had some rough years...
