Took 2 pills the first day and got a really bad headache which knocked me out for the rest of the day. Then waited a few days after I took 1 pill as some reviewers mentioned, I didnt really feel more focus but didnt feel great either, felt like a headache could be coming but didnt. Tried it a few more days with the same results and then stopped.

I mainly have used it like once a week before important jobs to keep on the ball and wide awake. The only down side I noticed was if you weren’t focused on accomplishing things like work or specific tasks your mind can really focus on some random stuff like a terrible couple days of work can’t get off your mind on the weekend. I probably wouldn’t recommend taking every day for that reason mostly just before important things you want to really be on the ball for seems to be a good balance. Also I haven’t noticed any issues trying to sleep at night which is nice I’ve had problems with similar products in the past. Would definitely recommend, price point from Canada is rough though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a week now and I definitely can feel a difference. I feel a lot more focused. It’s easy to take and I feel he could value for the money at cost. The ingredient quality makes me feel like it’s safe to take as well . 

The first day I took 2 capsules with a light breakfast and within 3 hours had diarrhea and an upset stomach with a burning sensation which lasted through the night. Also, I found it difficult to sleep because of anxiety. It's the following day and my stomach is still upset. Onnit has some terrific supplements but for me, this isn't one of them.

Never thought or expected these results. I watched my father decline into dementia and ultimately pass. Having a child later on in life made me realize that I can't allow it to happen with me after having concerns about my cognition were raised. I was ready to try anything but wasn't about to break the bank to find it. Within a few months I found that my mind was much sharper and memories came to me more clearly. To the point that I am currently in school with a high B in medical terminology and walking into my final tomorrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Alpha Brain Vitamin is very effective. This almost felt like I had caffeine inside me. I was focused and kind of liked the feeling. There was no taste because it was a pill. The packaging reminds me of 🐝. If I would buy this again, I'd say no because I just don't like swallowing pills. That's my preference. The ingredients quality needs to tell us what's in it because I had to Google what it was.

Just at the right time, I was offered to review these for free. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks and can tell that my focus is sharper and less foggy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have only used them for a short time and do not know how they will ultimately help me.

Packaging is ok, I can't speak much for price but ingredients seem great and the taste isn't terrible. 10/10 will try for longer
