It doesn’t have any taste at all that I can tell and the effectiveness it does seem to work. I have been waking up to my brain, ready to go not feeling like I’m in a large until I have coffee, which is quite nice

I bought alpha brain about a week ago now, and I love it. My focus and mental clarity has been out the roof on the days I've taken it, and on days I haven't it's very noticeable. I hope it works as well for everyone else as it has for me. Thanks onnit staff, love you guys!

I had high hopes that it would work well for me, considering an ingredient list that includes L-tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and L-theanine. However, I was disappointed that the product did not work for me. So while I appreciate the innovative formulation of this supplement, I did not notice any significant improvement relating to focus, memory, or mental clarity. In fact, I developed a mild headache each day of using it, which makes me wonder if l am sensitive to an inactive ingredient in this formulation. With this said, I would recommend others try it out as may be a great solution for boosting cognitive function. Everyone's body is unique, so it may be effective for others, but unfortunately, I did not experience the results I was hoping to achieve.

My memory is pretty good as is, so it’s really tough to say if it’s had any actual effect on me. I will say that maybe one or two days of me using it through the week; I’ve had an odd headache after ingesting it. Could be placebo or it actually working. Felt more focused on my job in manufacturing and helping me stay up and retain energy that I would normally lose during the day.

As a college student who is working a night job and also competing in kickboxing, there are times when it is hard to focus in my class. Now whenever I have had a hard sparring session the day before and work was hard, I pop three Alpha Brain before class and I am laser focused. I feel sharper, I can express myself better, I can finish assignments faster and even have better reaction skills while playing video games. This product is phenomenal! Title stand out as my stance on supplements but it does seem to get me in flow mode. I’m a lead UX designer and sometimes I have to balance meetings, sales, design projects, AND team management. What I have noticed is I know exactly what to prioritize and do first and I hit all the tasks hard.
