I was skeptical of this at first. When i first started taking AlphaBrain i thought it was just the placebo effect, but i finished the 2 (90ct) bottles with my usual fish oil and vitamins. After which i stopped alpha brain for about 100 days. I've noticed a huge difference, and most importantly my productivity and creativity declined drastically. I was taking a journal through out the whole process and my entries vary drastically. Highly recommend to anyone who has a high stress job or just wants to live live to the fullest. Yes it is a bit expensive to the average person or college student, but this is an investment into thy self.

Got to try Alpha Brain on the free trial. I’m a huge fan of Onnit’s fitness tools, and given the amount of money I drop during their Semi-Annual sales, I admittedly wanted Alpha Brain to be BS, but it’s simply not. I had it with breakfast and by late morning, I felt like I was in a new gear. I feel productive, motivated, energized, and just overall happier. I’ve tried the Alpha Brain Instant and didn’t have any of the same juice, but the capsules really worked well for me. A bit pricey, but given I haven’t found any supplement that gave me this result, I can’t argue the price.
