They have been a good addition to my morning routine, and seem to increase the effectiveness of my daily mushroom coffee. However, on days that I didn’t also supplement with the mushroom coffee I didn’t notice much difference from my baseline cognition. This definitely works best for me as part of a more intensive supplement program than a stand alone product.
