I take 2 pills in the morning with breakfast( it just tastes like a vitamin) & Within a couple hours I feel focused, energized, and ready to tackle the days tasks. I love this supplement and am most likely going to restock when this complimentary bottle from Influenster is empty.

My husband would not stop talking about this product and Joe Rogan. In fact i have not cared for joe rogan since fear factor. So you can imagine how i feel about his product..... Buuuut. I tried Alpha Brain after my husband had been taking for months. I noticed he was more focused on things. ie his honey do list etc. I snuck into his stash and wow. My husband was right. This stuff works. So now six months+ later here i am a full supporter of Alpha Brain. What can i say this stuff works.

When I first started using alpha brain I did feel like I noticed an increase in focus and short term memory but after a few weeks i noticed no difference in days i took it vs days i dont and after a few days of non use felt like i had harder times focusing than i did before i started using the product. Could all be placebo could work but my body builds a tolerance. Not sure but I have canceled my monthly subscription because to me it dosnt seem worth it. Just my opinion

I don’t like how the serving size is 2 capsules because the entire bottle only last 15 days or so. The ingredients appear clean and the packaging is standard for this type of product. I didn’t notice any taste. I won’t be purchasing this because I didn’t notice as big of a difference in my focus as I expected.

Since turning 40, he has been gradually becoming more forgetful overtime and kind of in a days. Sometimes I’ll ask him to grab something upstairs and he’ll go up and come down with a minute and completely forget what he was doing. These are to swallow pills with barely any taste. The packaging is easy to use an open and I am hoping overtime taking these consistently. I will see an improvement.

I felt like they were working. I took 1 in the AM and then 1 in PM. I fould when I took 2 together in the AM they worked better. I felt like really in focus n my brain was on track. I'm reordering cause I really need them n hopefully I get even better with time!!
