First day was fine and I felt like it helped a little with memory and focus. The second day was awful. I had headaches, nausea, and vomiting. Gave it a few days before I took another dose, then today tried to take it again. Same thing... headaches, nausea, vomiting and now a little disoriented or off-balance. So maybe not for me. But please be careful taking!

I am a busy mom and don’t eat until midday so I waited to take the pills until then. I did notice a difference in my ability to focus but I can’t really tell the difference with memory. I plan to keep taking them to see if there is any additional improvement.

I have previously used alpha brain and it seemed to work fine. I bought it again last week and this time taking 2 capsules with a meal makes me feel sick. I think the formula maybe changed? The capsules look differently. I want the old alpha brain back :(

I've taken 2 pills per day as the bottle says and I've noticed an improvement in my cognitive functions such as forming better sentences faster than I usually do as well as feeling a little more "sharp" and focused. I've never taken any supplements nor any nootropics so this was interesting to try out. The price is the only thing that is a negative for me.

Not sure if enough time given to test product really caused any changes but did feel more focus and awareness. Overall will continue to use and purchase price seems reasonable to others in the market.

I also noticed a difference in my ability to lock in and focus on tasks. Way more engaged. Did not make me sick. I also don’t take with food. Just take it right after my morning coffee and wait for it to kick in! Definitely recommend!

I think these supplements do help with focus but I didn’t really see an improvement in my memory so overall. These don’t have a bad taste and are easy to swallow in my opinion. I think these are worth trying out!
