I would have to use longer to really see the results. But, so far it’s easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed I am more “in the zone” Will continue to take the rest of the bottle.

Have been taking these for over a week and I don’t feel any difference. Not sure if I will continue to take this product as of now it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Focusing and staying on task aren’t easy these days. Our brains are trained for distraction and short clips of something interesting. This supplement can assist with refocusing to where our minds need to be. Each bottle has 30 standard sized, easy to swallow capsules and serving size is 2 capsules - so it’s a 15 day supply - if you were going to take this every day. The ingredients are supposed to help “build an environment to optimize cognitive function” and help with focus, memory, flow and reaction time, according to the bottle. I like that these capsules do not contain caffeine. But, they do contain some very helpful ingredients that I’m familiar with including Vitamin B6, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, and Cat’s Claw Extract. I didn’t experience any adverse side effects from these capsules. They definitely help by supplementing your body with the right nutrients, but it’s not a Eureka moment either. Regardless, I think they work and they’re beneficial and something I would continue to use.

Absolutely awesome I’ve tried other brands on many occasions and my body would quickly get used to the supplement and I found myself needing to take double or more of the recommendations to get a result. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have noticed a drastic improvement. I don’t notice an aftertaste, it doesn’t make me sick and the packaging is good. A lot of information and it was sealed pretty well. It’s easy to open because it’s just a normal twist cap.

I’m usually such a night owl but I have been going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. I have been much more productive. I am so happy the capsules are vegetarian. No funky taste. The only thing I was hoping for was a 30 day supply. Just when I’m starting to notice results I’m out of pills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ingredients in these were not something I was interested in taking, it really was disappointing because I was hoping to use them. I did try them for a week and they didn’t do anything for me.. I’ll pass.

First day Took two capsules with coffee and ritz crackers, started feeling nauseous after 30 min or so and mild headache started and it got worse. Vomited on third hour, felt like my gut was about to come out. Second day, took two after lunch. Started feeling nauseas after 30 min, had headache all day. Third day, didn't take any but still have nauseas feeling. Threw it in the trash. Not for me. Label says to try it at least 2 weeks. NOPE.

I’ve used almost every legal supplement you can think of. This is the real thing. No hype and crash. Just not forgetting things… clarity….focus…clear peaceful state. Doesn’t interrupt sleep. Helps me think through things rather than being reactive. It’s worth the money. I only suggest that you eat a little something and drink a glass of water with it.
