I do feel a slight improvement in focus and mental clarity, especially on days when I’m juggling a lot. It doesn’t feel like a jittery caffeine boost, but more of a steady alertness. The effects are subtle—kind of like having a really good night’s sleep rather than a big burst of energy. I didn’t notice a drastic change, and I think results may vary depending on the person. The capsules are easy to take. It’s a bit pricey, so I’m still debating whether it’s worth repurchasing. If you’re looking for a natural nootropic to experiment with, it might be worth trying, but I wouldn’t expect mind-blowing results overnight.

This was a horrible experience. I took this while I was working, then maybe 60-90 mins later, I got overwhelmed with dizziness and extremely severe nausea. I couldn’t do anything but lay down and not even move for 5 more hours. Thank goodness it was a work from home day. I felt queasy and exhausted the rest of the night. I cannot imagine trying to drive home if I was at work. I don’t know how this is seriously legally available for purchase if it does this to people.

I feel a bit more focused while taking this, but it is hard to tell if it is the pill or the idea of it working. I will continue using it and see what happens.

This product is too expensive, and there are similar formulations I would recommend. However, if the price is not a factor for you, it is worth a try for your focus needs. Just a bit more clarity my overall feeling changed I definitely had more clarity. I wouldn’t purchase again because the price point for the amount you get wasn’t for me. Packaging was great it gives all info in detail. Taste was ok I didn’t have an after taste come up so that’s a plus.

It states the serving size is two capsules. It has B6, and a couple of ingredients. I took a picture so you can look for yourself. They seem ok. I'm glad it's caffeine free since I'm sensitive to caffeine. I did feel a bit more focused. Don't really know about my memory though. Maybe be more consistent in taking daily? There's only 15 servings per bottle. Not sure if I'd buy this. Didn't help me enough to make me want to buy it. You take these with a light meal. They don’t taste bad like others. They are good for focus, memory and reaction time. They optimize cognitive function. Taken twice daily with a light meal.
