The complimentary sample from Influenster is only a 2-week supply so it's not really a noticeable difference yet. There is no aftertaste so that's a plus, and with continued use i"m hoping to get results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These supplements have no taste at all! I truly felt that i was more focused when it came to office work. The bottle was easy to open, unlike others. I'm not sure if i would spend the money on these, but I definitely noticed a difference!

I noticed definite cognitive improvement, specifically recalling information and remember names, and details, plus better (more lucid) dreams at night. I take 2 in the morning 2 before bed. I don't like all of Onnit's products but this one is for real. If you're on the fence I highly recommend giving it a shot. Oh, and I don't see this at all as a replacement for coffee because I drink that to kick me into gear in the morning, but it's a great addition to a good cup.

Ingredients seem clean and packaging is basic.

Not sure if it’s because I work so much or stressed out or if it’s my age. So anything that could help would be a bonus. Sealed well and the taste is typical pill substance so down it with some juice! I have to say after a couple of weeks of trying this, I felt like there was some more focal focus but I didn’t see anything drastic. Maybe with continuous use for a few months I can maybe take some data and see if there is a big difference. I do have to say it does give me. Queasy stomach at times so I make sure to have a solid meal beforehand and some crackers in case. But otherwise it’s been okay. Def have to check back on this.

I had done a 1 week trial with no issues, so I bought a 90 pill bottle. After about 2 weeks I started noticing that I was having trouble swallowing and was having terrible acid reflux. Stopped taking the pills for 2 weeks and acid reflux was gone, so I tried taking the powder out of the capsules, to see if the capsule was the cause. 3 days in and started having difficulty swallowing again so had to stop. Going to try the instant now. When I was taking, it worked great, but cant take it in the pill form.

They were easy to take and swallow though and I appreciate the packaging being so simple and easy to store and there wasn’t really a taste but the product itself just wasn’t for me. The ingredients are a lot of things I haven’t tried before so I’m sure I’m just sensitive to one of them.
