However, I feel like there are days when it's not really doing anything. I'm not honestly not sure. The capsules are easy to swallow and I do like the packaging a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really looking forward to trying these Onnit Alpha Brain supplements based on the reviews I read. I hate to say it but I was pretty disappointed. I used them for a few weeks before writing my review. The first few days I didn't notice any noticeable differences. I did experience an upset stomach, nausea, slight headache and was lightheaded. I quickly learned those were pretty common side effects. At first I wasn't any more focused and my memory wasn't any better but after a few days I started noticing a difference. I took them as directed with a light meal. They are pretty big pills and I had a hard time getting them down. I have a hard time taking pills in general but I didn't notice any bad taste or aftertaste. I also had my husband try them. He had no side efforts and they worked pretty well for him. I do like how they're caffeine free and it seems to contain natural ingredients. In all honesty, it's just not a product for me and that's okay. It doesn't mean it's a bad product. I can see it working and being helpful for others.

It really helps him concentrate and focus. My husband told me he feels more energetic and able to stay on task better, this product also helps him with memory and recall. The ingredients seem pretty good, it tastes good and contains Huperzine A.

I can’t say my memory was amazing (mom brain) but it definitely felt better and I had more energy. My to do list and workload felt much more manageable. The taste was not too noticeable and I was able to fit it into my routine easily. The package is nice and the ingredients seem good. Overall I would incorporate this product into my routine in the future.
