While it helps with memory and focus as it claims, it causes tummy issues every time I take it. I’ve ensured I take it with a small meal as advised, but it still upsets my stomach. It defeats the purpose of taking it because I can't focus on a project/get work done when I'm running to the bathroom every half an hour.

The capsules are a bit on the larger side, but not difficult to swallow. I haven’t experienced any ill effects from them, and haven’t noticed any positive results yet either, but I think it’s too early to see a difference as most supplements take at least 30 days of continuous use before seeing results.

It is a good vitamin that helps me feel better but it did not give focus and memory as well as I expected. It has nice packaging that is eye-catching.
