[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills almost took me out! They’re supposed to help with mental acuity, and they sure enough do! I got into a cleaning “zone” and organized junk drawers and I have terrible cleaning ocd. Did it help? Yes! But the SIDE EFFECTS! Within maybe an hour or two of trying these, two days in a row, I became extremely nauseous and dizzy. So much so the I could not hold up my head when lying down. If they work for you, great… But to some people they’re dangerous! And they are not a good value for the money, there are way cheaper, better products that don’t make you sick!

The first 3 days, I felt a little more energy. Day 4, I experienced a significant increase in my energy and focus and it helped my mood a great deal. I take the weekend off and operate from a different stratosphere during the week while I’m on it. I couldn’t recommend this product more.

On my second month of alpha brain now, when I started I was somewhat skeptical, but now I'm definitely sold. After about 3-4 days I started to notice more mental alertness and clarity and better over all memory recall. I used to not be able to function without my calendar, not being able to remember appointment times and meetings, now I can remember many appointments and openings without having to consult my calendar. I feel more alert in class and getting up in the morning is easier. I train Jiu-Jitsu as well, and I've noticed improvements in memory of techniques and spotting openings in my opponents defenses. Definitely recommend this product. (I Started krill oil, and spirulina at the same time)

What I find it is the packaging is pleasing. The product is easy to take and digest and does not leave any aftertaste. I will continue using it and see if it makes a difference.

I used to drink coffee and then it became too much and then I went to tea and then it also became too much so I was so happy to find a product that had all the benefits and no caffeine

I remembered what I did the day before, what I was doing, and every little thing in the middle. This is an excellent product to have! Taste is just alright, but don’t try and taste it. Just take it real quick with water. The packaging as you can tell is just decent. Now for the value,,,, it’s definitely worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Alpha Brain nutritional supplement from Onnit. The bottle is easy to open. The capsules are an average size which is easy for me to swallow. I have not experienced any stomach upset or otherwise negative effects from taking this supplement. I really like that this formula does not rely on caffeine to achieve the desired results. I like the results I am experiencing from this supplement. It has worked well for me.

I used both the capsules and the powder in the packets alternating both ever other day and found out that each day I did take it I could focus andrember little details but that it was nothing like caffeine at all. On the days I didn't take it I fell back into my routine of being distracted and unorganized. So for. This product was very effective . So I bought more of it and each time I take it it remained effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Onnit Alpha Brain for memory and focus, and my experience was just okay. While I did notice some slight improvements in focus, I also experienced bloating, which made it less enjoyable to take. It’s possible that the effects take longer to fully kick in, but based on my initial experience, it was a so-so product for me. It might work better for others depending on individual tolerance.

I have taken it shortly before I had to work to possibly help focus, unfortunately I haven’t noticed much improvement. I will continue to use until the bottle is used but I’m not sure I would purchase again.
