I didn’t notice a “taste” or “aftertaste”. Fairly affordable the bottle contained 2 weeks worth, a larger bottle would be better.

First day was fine and I felt like it helped a little with memory and focus. The second day was awful. I had headaches, nausea, and vomiting. Gave it a few days before I took another dose, then today tried to take it again. Same thing... headaches, nausea, vomiting and now a little disoriented or off-balance. So maybe not for me. But please be careful taking!

I took two capsules in the morning along with a bagel since the label says a light meal. There was no taste when it went down which was good. I then went about my day and by midday I felt terribly sick. I was unable to do anything for the rest of the day. I did not take anymore since I was afraid of the same effects. This may work for some people but it did not work for me.
