It has helped me to focus when I start my day and keep me focused throughout my day. I highly recommend Alpha Brain to anyone who has trouble staying focused in the morning or throughout the day. I'm going to see how it works for my mom. She could use this.

Ive been using alpha brain off and on for about 3 years. But consistantly when on alpha brain. I think more clearly. Communicate better. When off it im in a rush when talking and end up mumbling by the end of the sentence. When taking it my mind slows down with my speaking. I find when i shoot pool as well i shoot better. Alpha brain is dope!

I went in skeptical but open minded. Just one capsule made my blood vessels in my head pulsate and triggered muscle spasms for an hour. At first I dismissed this as a vaccine side effect but I stopped Alpha Brain just in case. A months wait after the second vaccine, I gave it another shot, taking two capsules this time. Same effect just worse. Use with caution and look into the individual ingredients before you buy.

over the years I've gotten a lot of brain fog due to physical injuries & and I have to say that taking the alpha Brain it's almost like somebody turned on a light bulb and fed the little mouse on my spinning wheel I'll testify that this stuff works. remembering things from the past actually seen and feel smarter. kudos to Joe Rogan

I was originally planning on taking this at lunch to help give me energy through the rest of my work day, but after trying it a couple times, I realize I can’t do that. For me personally, it did give me energy and I felt like I could focus better, but around 2 hours after taking it I have a major energy crash and have troubles even staying awake… Maybe if I wanted to be extra productive a couple hours before bed I could take it, but unfortunately it won’t work for me for what I was wanting.

I bought this a little less than a month ago. The first da was great I was energized and charged for the da. But upon using this product for multiple days it seemed to make me more tired as the day went on even needing a nap during my lunch hour due to being so tired. I don't know if this is normal but I would like to try new mood for sleep since this did not give me much energy and did not seem to focus any better.

I’ve been taking it every morning around 5:30-6:30am. Unfortunately I have no felt any difference. I have 2 buddies that started at the same time and they said 3 days in they could note a huge difference. Wish that was the case for me!! Bummer. Nothing negative about the product… just not enough for me or something else.

Tried Alpha Brain for 45 days with high hopes that it would provide the benefits to my memory and focus the company advertises. Unfortunately, I didn't experience a change or improvement with either one. I was really hoping it would work because I've been searching for a supplement which would help me in these areas. I'm questioning whether to give them another 45 days because I realize it might take a few weeks for the body to adjust to the new supplements before seeing any added benefits.

I've been taking this product for just over two weeks now and besides a very slight energy increase, I've noticed nothing substantial. Sharpness and clarity have remained the same. I'm taking the recommended dosage of two caps per day, and feel that to take any more than that would be both unreasonable and costly.

Barely did anything. I’d go with straight nootropics if you can. The racetam family is a good place to start. I wouldn’t buy this product. Waste of money, maybe the “black” Version is better or what ever they call the second version of this is. (The more expensive one)
