Gotta tell you, as a chiropractor, I get a ton of sh*t thrown at me, with wild claims of miracle results. 99% of it is garbage. Honestly, I thought this was going to be another "yeah right!" product that didn't live up to my expectations. Well, I have to say that, so far, I love this stuff! I am definitely thinking more clearly. I'm not as mentally tired, and I definitely have more focus! I'm sleeping better too, which is helping to accentuate the effects, I'm sure. Improved my memory and focus, like it said it would, which is imperative for my line of chaotic work. I felt like I could organize my priorities in my head quickly and without having to dwell on them. It feels like a wave of clarity throughout my day. Almost like the capacity to organize a ton of thoughts at once has become innate. My vocabulary has improved. I don't forget words for certain things. I feel like I'm functioning at a higher level. And I had my doubts!!!

It's early days but Ithink it works. I have so much going on at the moment and I would usually have melted down by now, but it seems to have helped me to prioritise and not just shut down and hide. Small gains all around from word recall, memory and get up and go, but together they are making a difference.

Not fully knowing what to expect, I tried Alpha Brain hoping for mental clarity and focus. I believe it has provided that but to what extent, I am not sure. I plan to continue taking this to keep measuring the benefits and encourage anyone to give it a try.

I am super happy with this product. It has helped me with concentration during work, but most impressive is how well it helps me sleep. My sleep has improved a ton since I started taking it which is cool because that's not even why I bought it. We call that a freebie where I come from.

I love Joe Rogan , so I had high hopes. Unfortunately it did not work for me. Reading other reviews , I waited a week , then I said maybe 2 weeks and that turned into 4. I had no lucid dreams , and I am sad to say I did not feel nothing. I was still very disorganized and scattered brained.

You don’t feel anything from this. I guess the only thing I noticed from this is I was singing along to a fast song with tough lyrics and hit them all smoothly, which I thought was pretty cool. Other than that though I don’t feel anything from this, no clear head, no type of rush (although I don’t think that’s promoted anyways because it is NOT a stimulant) but yea I originally signed up for a subscription every month and a half and after the first day taking it I cancelled it. I still take it but I honestly just don’t feel anything from it. I gave it 3 stars mainly due to the whole singing along thing and the fact that I do like this company in general.

Have been taking it for a month and sadly I honestly can’t see nor feel anything different, “the memory or focus.” I’m curious if I need to take it longer to get a better feel. I have only been taking the pills, I do want to take the powder to see if I get better results. As of now, too pricy for me to try the pills again.
