Unfortunately, I discovered that this gave me side effects. I had high hopes by the 3rd week but one day I wasn’t feeling well so I stopped taking it for a week until I felt better. I thought it was from the colder weather. My side effects were dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal issues, and finally diarrhea. When I waited the week to get better I recovered and then took one pill this evening only to succumb to the same issue within an hour after ingesting. At first it was dizziness and nausea, then later diarrhea and gastrointestinal issues. I really had high hopes but it’s probably my body that doesn’t agree with it. The packaging, quality of the pills, etc all looked good. Just didn’t work out. Best regards, Joe :.

Would 100% recommend to anyone of any age. I started using Alpha Brain months ago and immediately noticed the upswing in my mental clarity. I’m 65 and live how it works for me. Great addition to a nootropic stack. I specifically target this supplement for daily physical activity. Focus and clarity when targeting the strength of this product for physical activity is unmatched. I have other NT products in my stack that are unable to duplicate the output of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve read that ingredients used in Onnit Alpha Brain could improve focus and mental clarity without caffeine, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. After a couple of weeks, I noticed a subtle but real improvement in my ability to stay on task and think clearly during long workdays. I appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients and doesn’t rely on stimulants. However, the effects seem to vary from person to person. I feel like the price is a bit high, and as a nurse not knowing the exact ingredient doses makes me a bit uncomfortable. But overall Alpha Brain feels like a clean, well-made supplement that’s worth trying if you’re looking for a stimulant-free cognitive boost.

I was experiencing major brain fog and fatigue due to age, hormone changes and high stress job. friend turned me on to Apha Brain and it is a game changer. I took it daily and noticed a change in my mental clarity, ability to switch gears and attitude. I notice a huge difference if i dont take Alpha brain. I do not get the jitters, amped up an no crash that you get with other supplements. Highly recommend for at least 2 months!!!

It definitely does something to boost my motivation and drive, as well as increasing focus and memory. I’ve also felt more confident and that has led to being more assertive. One small negative: I’ve noticed a slight increase in irritability, but not so much that it’s a problem.

Precursor condition - schizoaffective. I have been using this product for about 2-3 weeks and I jittery and anxious while on it. I did not even bother trying the other products I bought with this because I knew it was exasperate my symptoms. I am medically managed and function well. I thought this supplement would help me replace my MagTein, but I doubt I will use this supplement ever again. I still have two new bottles and the alpha brain black unopened… guess I wasted my money in lieu of optimism.

When I first looked into Alpha Brain I thought this was going to be just another energy supplement, it's not at all! This definitely is a focus supplement! It kicks in right around the 30-45 minute mark and lasts most of the day. I am able to maintain my train of thought and power through my lack of motivation on days I have none. At the end of the day I can tell my brain has worked overtime as sleep comes quick and easy. Highly recommended if you have motivation issues, IT WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO GET THINGS DONE!

Alpha brain had a very tangible effect on my mood when I took it. I was relatively quickly experiencing irritability and negativity which were not present before using the supplement on the days that I used it. It was definitely out of the ordinary and could not be explained by any external factors.

I really enjoy using this product! My only disappointment is that there was such a pause between when I ran out of the trial and when I received the new bottle I paid for. I think it would have been better, for me at least, if there wasn’t a break between when I ran out of the trial and began using the paid for capsules. Otherwise, this product has really improved my ability to engage with people and quality of life! I highly recommend it!
