Have listened to JRE podcast for years, and always wondered about Alpha Brain, but I am a skeptic. So happy I overcame my apprehension. Sharpens the mind and adds just the right amount of energy and focus. Alpha Brain is worth every penny of the cost. I hand them out to friends and family. I have yet to hear a single person say they did not feel some type of beneficial effect.

Hard to describe, I'm aware it could be a placebo effect, but after a few weeks of alpha brain I started feeling sharper. I read and study a lot, and I noticed a difference in my ability to learn and the clarity of my recall. How much more? Hard to say, 20% improvement? I look at as give your body protein after a workout to ensure it can rebuild the muscles, and the right nutrition for the brain to repair/create connections. It's surprising how much people care about skin products, protein shakes etc. but have nothing in their kitchen for their brain. I'm going to reorder 90 days.

This product is amazing. I have been taking it for almost six months now. I’m not gonna lie, the first month I didn’t really notice a difference but I kept taking it because I knew the ingredients were beneficial. After about two months I really started to notice the difference. Clarity in mind, memory, etc.

My memory has always been quite sharp and I have a rather mentally challenging job so I was quite curious if I would even notice much of a difference. That being said roughly a week and a half into taking alpha brain every morning I was noticing that I was completing tasks faster at work and was able to recall small details about previous tasks that would normally be forgotten. The most significant realization was rather silly. I like playing solitaire on my phone as a way to disconnect for a minute. My completion time per game has literally cut in half, and win percentage has gone up 9%. This is after many years of playing the game with consistent results and I can confidently say this supplement is the only change I've made.

I was very skeptical. I bought it and tried if for a week. Stopped for a week and did that several times. I wanted to make sure I wasn't just getting some placebo effect. It doesn't give you 'more' energy but the amount of focus I had did seem to increase. It's like everything is clearer and I'm able to solve problems much faster. I'm also more motivated to be active. Not because of any energy increase but my lazy brain, who loves to procrastinate, never reared its ugly head.

I feel pretty good and it helps little however it is not worth what I paid. If it was about $8 to $12 less then it would be worth it. Dont take my advice it could work better for you then it did me or not work at all. It is something worth trying once to see how it works for you. It did very little for me and I did notice some.

Very effective... in fact, too effective for me. The directions are to use two tablets... I only need one. I use it for the energy needed to do paper work which I don't like doing. It helps me fight my resistance to starting the work and then it keeps me focused. It's good stuff!

I got this just before the COVID pandemic. It’s been great while I work from home. I stay focused in a house full of distractions and it really helps with my lunch time workouts. No side effects, jitters, headaches or upset stomach like you get with some supplements.

I was struggling hard with fogginess and I am a very multitasking, high level functioning person.. so I decided to try this after looking into it and I have never been happier with a supplement so much so I have began tagging y’all in my company posts on social media and telling others about! I love this enough that I would gladly be a brand ambassador!! Never looking back again! I’m with this for life!

I work in a fast pace environment where I have to jump from one thing to another and often time forget what I was doing or I can’t even focus enough to communicate effectively cause my mind is on the move. I was hoping that Alpha brain would help with this but sadly I had no improvement. Maybe it’s just me but I was really hoping this was gonna help.
