I started taking it as directed with 2 pills a day. I take one a day now because two will make it too hard to sleep at night. I’m pretty sure I’ll keep using them. Cat’s claw bark for your joints, immunity and digestion plus much more. A lot of good blends to further help. Unfortunately the few times I did take it I had bad nausea. I couldn’t take it long enough to see the benefits so I can’t tell you there, my stomach just didn’t want to handle it. One other thing that I really didn’t like it there are only 15 days worth in the bottle. Honestly the cost alone would be enough for me to say no.

Ive tinkered with my dosage and time for the past month and i must say i do like this product! At first i didnt notice the effects it was having on me because the only effect i could notice were headaches. I was told "listen to your body" and so i researched why i was getting headaches and it because I didnt have enough Choline. So, i started stacking Alpha Brain with Krill oil, fish oil, & some type of choline source (yogurt, meat, eggs, almond milk) and a 16-32oz of water! And then i would have my brain get busy (reading, writing, Lumosity, exercise) and i noticed that i didnt have headaches, instead I felt a lil sharper. My memory is slowly improving, my recall of words isn't improving like my memory is, and im less stressed out. I may give 1 more review next month, after i try out the white bottle of Alpha Brain (currently on the brown bottle 90ct).
